Twenty years ago, Who’s Who was born with a simple purpose: to bring together, in a single space, the people driving the Portuguese optical sector. Two decades later, that purpose remains intact. But the portrait we present today is that of an industry that has continually grown and reinvented itself.
Over these 20 years, Who’s Who has become much more than a directory. It is a mirror of the sector’s evolution: from the brands that have stood the test of time, to those that emerged and established themselves along the way; from business models that adapted to new market demands, to the people and teams who bring this universe to life every day.
This special edition is therefore also a tribute — to the companies that trusted us from the very first hour, to the partners who have joined this project year after year, and to all the professionals who make optics not just an economic activity, but a true vocation of caring for the eyesight of the Portuguese people.
