The re-elected Institutoptico administration – Paulo Arromba, Vera Velosa and Luís Góis – evaluates the last three years and presents us their strategy for the next three, which focuses mainly on the group’s expansion, quality, trust and innovation of their services and products.

“The balance is very positive, in spite of having started our term at a difficult moment for the country and with large structural changes taking place in the optics market. This outcome comes largely due to our decision to not deviate from our course and to not yield to the immediate low price proposals, which in our opinion mischaracterize this market that was always known for the quality standards of its services and products, especially because it fits in the health sector as well. This administration brought a well defined strategy, firstly concerning the group’s cohesion, because our main and most important target are “our” optical partners. It is for them that we work everyday, aiming to create offers and tools that help them to not only maintain but also allow their businesses to grow. And the truth is we have many examples of Institutoptico’s optical partners who have, in the last few years, despite a difficult economical landscape, opened new sales points”.
