On March 27, the Brodheim Group brought together around 400 employees to celebrate eight decades of history, in a night that will remain in the memory of all those who attended.

Summarising eight decades of history is challenging, especially when each stage reveals a remarkable ability to adapt and a forward-looking vision that continues to shape the present. The Brodheim Group celebrates 80 years of a journey guided by strategic decisions, constant innovation, and a strong foundation of values that ensures a people-focused corporate culture.

André Brodheim, Vice President of the Optical Division of the Brodheim Group, stated in an interview with ÓpticaPro that the key milestones over these 80 years reflect, above all, a consistent ability to anticipate change and make strategic decisions at the right time.

According to him, this balance stems from a very clear mindset: respecting the legacy while never resisting change. The future of the Brodheim Group therefore lies in continuing to grow sustainably, maintaining adaptability as one of its main differentiating factors.

André Brodheim also reveals that the company’s three pillars are clients, partners, and employees. “Internally, we often say the company has three ‘bosses’, and none of them is the Brodheim family. (…) Ultimately, the growth of the Brodheim Group is a direct reflection of the quality of the relationships we have built and maintained over time”.
