The new contest dedicated to optical design is SILMO’s new commitment, with a concept that aims to stimulate creation and innovation and reveal the talents that will be part of the future of optics.
For SILMO, this is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their “know-how and vision, in addition to the discovery of a field with countless possibilities, always in search of new talents”.
The competition is open to all students of legal age who are enrolled in a design course and have a level equivalent to or higher than the third post-baccalaureate year. Students may, if necessary, work collaboratively with engineering students who meet the same age and level criteria.
Entries must be turned in before midnight on June 3rd, 2022. The projects selected by the jury will be developed and prototyped in collaboration with SILMO’s industrial partners.
The projects will be appreciated by a jury of professionals and exhibited in the September edition. The winner will be announced at Silmo 2022.
