The concept ‘The Best Store’ rewards the quality of the brands, in ten European markets, inviting consumers to evaluate the shops, through six criteria which include product range, service, specialization, appearance, ease of purchase and price.
Rui Borges, CEO of MultiOpticas, states that “in such a difficult economic and social context, receiving the Best Optical Shop award is very gratifying and motivating for all those who work daily, either in our shops or in our Head Office, to provide a quality and differentiated service to all our clients. This award reinforces our mission of caring for the eyesight of all Portuguese people”.
The contest invited consumers to evaluate the shops, using six criteria such as product range, service, specialisation, appearance, ease of purchase and price, assessing brands in different categories. Voting took place between 5th August and 21st October.
