João Pinto, Cláudia Passarinho and Nuno Rodrigues advanced in interview what the CCVO operating strategy is for the next few months.

“We will develop four tools to support the optical store owner’s business and sales. First, an online order website. With the website’s launch, the owner can make orders and monitor them. This tool also allows the owner to improve the procedures and maximise his resources.

Next, we will launch “Santander Consumer”, where we will have preferential conditions for CCVO customers. The optical store owner can then offer his final costumer a payment option of up to 12 months.

With the Grenke tool, the owner has the possibility to acquire equipment without decapitalization, by choosing the Renting financial solution.

Finally, we will also have the training element, in which the companies will have available specialized optometry and orthoptics training modules. We will surely expand out human resources’ structure always with the goal of better serving our costumers.

Also, new frame and sunglasses collections will be launched”.
