Seezy, a company dedicated exclusively to brokering the purchase and sale of optical stores, has already completed 15 transactions in 2026 across different parts of the country and currently has 12 opportunities on the market.
For those looking to enter the sector, expand their business or diversify their investment, acquiring an operating optical store can be an alternative to building a business from scratch, starting from an operation with an established location, customer base, equipment and billing history. Seezy carries out the first screening on the investor’s behalf: it identifies opportunities, analyses the assets and matches them to each buyer’s profile and investment capacity.
“Our goal is to simplify the prospecting phase for buyers. Instead of investors wasting time searching for businesses, we help them focus on those that make sense for their profile,” explains Marco Pombo, Seezy’s manager.
On the seller’s side, the company centralises the search for buyers, carries out an initial qualification of interested parties and supports the negotiation with discretion, allowing the owner to stay focused on their business.
When valuing businesses, Seezy draws, depending on each deal, on specialists in finance, law, accounting, technical matters, equipment and marketing. “Calling on several professionals does not complicate a valuation. It strips out the noise, tests the assumptions and brings it closer to reality,” says Marco Pombo.
The opportunities in its portfolio range from optical stores with acquisition prices starting at around €50,000 to established businesses with annual revenue above €300,000, some exceeding €2 million. They also include premises in shopping centres, and Seezy carries out searches tailored to each investor’s criteria.
Support extends from identifying the opportunity to closing the transaction, including analysis and valuation, negotiation, due diligence, coordination with specialists and help with documentation and contracting. The company also helps negotiate payment terms suited to the investor’s available funds.
PharmaSee, an affiliated company, is dedicated exclusively to human resources services, such as providing optometrists and recruiting for the optical and audiology sectors, with no involvement in the brokerage of optical stores.
