It is the sixth time in a row that Ópticas Lince is distinguished with this prestiged award in the “Serviços Óticos” category, in the districts of Coimbra, Leiria and Santarém.
Ópticas Lince hit a rating of over 77% satisfaction, among the opinions of the consumers. In a message sent to ÓpticaPro, Sérgio Silva, managing director of Ópticas Lince, says that this “6th renewal always brings, and more every time, an increased responsibility” and adds that the recognition “is the result of hard work and extends to all that work with us”.
The “5 Estrelas Regiões Awards” is an evaluation system that measures the degree of satisfaction that products, services, and brands of Portuguese origin confer their customers, having as criteria the five main variables that influence the consumer’s buying decision. These are: Satisfaction by experimenting, Price/Quality ratio, intention of buying or recommending, Brand trust, and Innovation. It also evaluates five more specific characteristics for each candidate in their consuming category.
