MultiOpticas was selected for the 9th consecutive year as Consumer’s Choice and for the 8th consecutive year as Senior Choice. The optical retailer has been distinguished since the Optics category has been under assessment for the study, reinforcing its leadership in the sector.

According to the survey conducted by ‘Consumer Choice – Centro de Avaliação da Satisfação do Consumidor’ (Consumer Satisfaction Assessment Centre), responsible for the awards, MultiOpticas obtained an overall satisfaction score of 85.94% in Consumer Choice and 85.08% in Senior Choice, achieving 1st place.

In this year’s evaluation process, 259,236 assessments were carried out with 936 brands in a wide range of sectors such as Media, Food, Travel & Leisure, Home Products, Equipment & Hygiene, Personal Care, Specialised Retail & Services, Beauty Products & Services, Childcare, Financial, Automotive, Rail and Telecommunications.

The brands are awarded based on their performance in 2021, through a process that involves the identification of the most important aspects for consumers and an effective evaluation of the brands in each category, allowing the assessment of which have the highest levels of satisfaction and intention to purchase or recommend.
