Optivisão added eight new opticians to their portfolio, including Oculista de Sintra; Optivisão Oliveira de Azeméis; Palácio da ótica; Optic: Centro Optico Albergaria-a-Velha and Ofetal Ópticas.

In a statement, Optivisão announces the latest addition to its network of OFETAL ÓTICAS, which joined the network in July of this year, and which brings together its four opticians:  Ofetal Oeiras Vila; Ofetal Paço de Arcos; Ofetal Moinho das Antas; Ofetal Fórum Oeiras, to the largest national network of opticains, reaching 269 opticians, “strengthening Optivisão’s competitive position as a leader in points of sale in the optical sector.”

According to André Brodheim “the Optivisão brand is strong in the sector, and we will continue to work to enhance it, ensuring communication with the consumer that always prioritises visual health and the quality of life associated with our service.”

The director of the Optivisão Group, reveals that the Group will “continue to seek the right services and partners for our Optics, so that we can continue to guarantee that Optivisão’s business model makes a difference in the actual value generated in the day-to-day life of each optician in the network.”

These new acquisitions join the entry of 20 new opticians in 2020, among: Adão oculistas; Opticas Minho; Vital Visão; A Minha Óptica; C.O.V Cambra; Primeiras Opticas; Ponto Optico; Oculista da Azambuja; Visão do Ribatejo; Centro Optico das Fontaínhas; Optica Médica Vila Viçosa).

With a market share of around 15%, which reveals an overall growth rate of associated opticians of around 5.5%, Optivisão continues to present a growing business model, since 2017.
