Valor Visão, the training project run by Patrícia Rodrigues and Liliana Gonçalves, offers the “Let’s Simplify Optics” course, with Optical Technician & Educator, Filipe Martins. The course lasts six hours and starts on the 11th of September.
The course will be composed of online asynchronous sessions, allowing quick and easy access to recorded videos which can be visited whenever and wherever desired. Various resources will be made available throughout the course, including: training videos, downloadable support materials, exercises and assessments.
The training will cover “the basic essentials of optics ” and topics such as: “how to interpret prescriptions”, “taking measurements and choosing a frame”, “geometry of monofocal and progressive lenses”, “technical counselling” and “prismatic lenses”.
