Essilor® brand, from EssilorLuxottica was honored with the Trusted Brand and Consumer Choice awards in the ophthalmic lenses category, two awards of “great prestige in the Portuguese market, which once again demonstrate the quality of the company’s ophthalmic products.

The awards represent direct recognition by consumers. Consumer Choice uses its evaluation system to measure the level of satisfaction and acceptance of brands by consumers; while Trusted Brand chooses the winners through the responses of more than 12,000 Portuguese who rate different aspects of each brand in a questionnaire.
“Consumers who choose us as their trusted brand have particularly highlighted the quality of our products and our commitment to sustainability. These are two of the pillars we work on every day so that our lens brands such as Varilux, Stellest, Transitions, or Eyezen continue to be the choice of Portuguese consumers,” concludes Tiago Sobreiro.
