How did Duovisão come about?
Armando Santos: It was born in Torres Vedras, from two competitors that always got along well and so decided to join forces and embark on a new project. And here we are, after being on this journey since 2013. Fortunately, it’s going well.
Was it your friendship that brought about this project?
AS: Initially, I was a managing-partner at another company but we decided to part ways. Fernando and I had previously talked and I was available when he proposed a new professional opportunity for us both. I was unable to carry out any professional work in Torres Vedras for four years but when I returned to the Optical field, the pressure had eased and I made a strong comeback.
Fernando Venâncio: Armando, being an Optical Technician and Front-office Operator from the local area, and myself being an Optometrist with almost 40 years of experience, allowed us to advance with the project.
