{"id":849,"date":"2022-02-24T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-24T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.opticapro.pt\/en\/?p=849"},"modified":"2022-03-02T16:17:41","modified_gmt":"2022-03-02T16:17:41","slug":"silmo-creates-the-optical-design-contest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.opticapro.pt\/en\/2022\/02\/24\/silmo-creates-the-optical-design-contest\/","title":{"rendered":"SILMO creates the Optical Design Contest"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The new contest dedicated to optical design is SILMO&#8217;s new commitment, with a concept that aims to stimulate creation and innovation and reveal the talents that will be part of the future of optics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.silmoparis.com\/Visitors\/Students\/Optical-Design-2022-Contest\">SILMO<\/a>, this is an opportunity for students to demonstrate their \u201cknow-how and vision, in addition to the discovery of a field with countless possibilities, always in search of new talents\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The competition is open to all students of legal age who are enrolled in a design course and have a level equivalent to or higher than the third post-baccalaureate year. Students may, if necessary, work collaboratively with engineering students who meet the same age and level criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entries must be turned in before midnight on June 3rd, 2022. The projects selected by the jury will be developed and prototyped in collaboration with SILMO&#8217;s industrial partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The projects will be appreciated by a jury of professionals and exhibited in the September edition.
