Portuguese consumers were responsible for evaluating operators in the different categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Factors such as price, campaigns and special offers, product quality, diversity of offer, expertise, customer relationship, service, first impact, shopping experience and credibility were decisive in giving this award to MultiOpticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sandra Silva, MultiOpticas marketing director, points out the importance of this award: \u201cIt is with great pride that we receive this award.
