After this year of change, the present has become a great starting point for where Cione wants to go in the near future. According to a statement sent to newsrooms, \u201cThe company is currently the leading distributor of the optical sector in Spain, with 9% market share – double in some regions of the country – and with the strongest offer in terms of products and services to offer to the independent optician, \u201dsaid Miguel \u00c1ngel Garc\u00eda, Cione’s new CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In fact, in the first four months of 2019, sales in Cione Pptics increased well above the market average, particularly in each of its facets: frames, ophthalmic lenses, contactology and audiology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
