The aim is to create a new space of interaction between business owners and consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the presentation, it was made clear that as the internet has become more and more a space for research and acquisition of optical products and a key element of the purchase decision making, InContact will be a communication and interaction channel, allowing the business to adapt to new consumption behaviours.
