These factors not only increase demand for optical products, but also require greater attention to visual health, stimulating technological innovation and improving the services offered,\u2019 says Manuela Nogueira, executive director of OMB Grupo \u00d3ptico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She adds that \u2018the coming years will bring challenges that will require constant adaptation to new market realities. The growing need to incorporate sustainability concepts, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into processes and the search for a more luxury-orientated positioning, driven by the influence of social networks, require companies in the sector to have a more comprehensive and innovative strategic vision. These elements are also catalysing new partnerships and strategic alliances, which are essential for strengthening competitiveness in the market.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But \u2018despite the challenges, I&#8217;m optimistic about the future of optics in Portugal. We are on the threshold of a profound transformation that will undoubtedly mark a turning point in the sector.
