Involving employees from various areas in organising internal events, stimulating creativity and promoting motivation and proximity among the more than 100 employees is the main objective of \u2018Happy Team\u2019, the latest initiative launched by F3M, a leading Portuguese technology company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The new group, which brings together employees from six different departments, was challenged to organise and streamline the company’s main events until July 2025. An activity that consolidates F3M’s continuous investment in human resources and the implementation of good practices. In the last two months alone, the Braga-based company has been honoured with two important recognitions: as well as being the 10th Best Company to Work For in Portugal, it received the Equal Pay Seal 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Made up of employees from areas as disparate as Human Resources (HR), Software Development, Administration and Finance, Marketing and Communication and even Services, the new team is already working on internal Christmas activities, which include a dinner, sustainable decorations and the sharing of seasonal messages among employees. But the horizon of activities goes further and includes the company’s anniversary, as well as the celebration of symbolic dates and other HR-focussed activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2018This is indeed a new challenge that F3M has set its employees. And we wanted to do something different from what is usual in this type of initiative. It’s therefore a very eclectic group, made up of people with different skills and backgrounds, but who now have the opportunity not only to get actively involved in company activities but also to stimulate their own creativity, imagination, in favour of the collective,\u2019 says Pedro Fraga, founder of F3M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2018We believe that this will be an excellent way of creating greater proximity and interaction between employees and, above all, between teams from different departments, fostering motivation and consolidating an environment that is already very positive, but which can be even more inspiring,\u2019 adds the company’s CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
