The nomination is based on a commitment to eight pillars: professionalism, exceptional communication, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation, specialization, creativity, engagement with the community, and tireless defense of the quality of the profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, V\u00edtor Martins joins three other finalists: Phernell Walker, from the United States, Daniel Scott, and Hitash Visavadia, from England.
