In a message sent to \u00d3pticaPro, S\u00e9rgio Silva, managing director of \u00d3pticas Lince, says that this \u201c6<sup>th <\/sup>renewal always brings, and more every time, an increased responsibility\u201d and adds that the recognition \u201cis the result of hard work and extends to all that work with us\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/r.cinco-estrelas.pt\/\">5 Estrelas Regi\u00f5es Awards<\/a>\u201d is an evaluation system that measures the degree of satisfaction that products, services, and brands of Portuguese origin confer their customers, having as criteria the five main variables that influence the consumer\u2019s buying decision. These are: Satisfaction by experimenting, Price\/Quality ratio, intention of buying or recommending, Brand trust, and Innovation.
